| 摘 要： | 施绍莘是晚明著名的散曲作家，其代表作是词曲集《秋水庵花影集》。关于施绍莘的籍贯和卒年，在现存可见的许多文献记载中存在着一些不一致之处，因而主要就这两个问题进行了一些澄清和考辨。

| Abstract: | Shi Shaoshen was a renown composer of sanqu, non-dramatic songs in the late Ming Dynasty, His representative works were Collection Flower Shadow in Qiushui Hut. His birthplace and life were not unanimous in the existing documents. This paper clarifies and does textual research into his birthplace and life. |
