| 摘 要： | 调查报告以三峡清库和"1 35"蓄水为对象,以三峡清库、"1 35"蓄水与库区水环境可持续发展之间的关系为研究核心,在深入调查研究的基础上,以大量数据和资料揭示了三峡清库和"1 35"蓄水的积极价值与存在的水体生态安全问题,分析了主要成因,提出了对策建议.
