研究生自杀的心理特质研究

研究生属于高层次人才,是大学生中的佼佼者,其年龄学习和生活方式较之其他大学生和一般人群有较大差异。既往对大学生心理教育的研究多集中于本科生和专科生,对研究生这一高知识群体还比较薄弱,在许多高校还是一片空白。近年来随着社会压力的不断增大,研究生中各种心理健康问题也日渐增多。一些极端事例,如自杀、凶杀、精神病的事例也时有报道。本文主要从情绪调节的角度,就研究生的自杀心理,提出了对策思路,为研究生的心理教育提供一定参考。

Research into the Psychological Characteristic of Suicidal Postgraduates

As the high-level talents,postgraduates are the outstanding figures,whose study and life style differs greatly from that of other college students and common people.Formerly,more researches in college students' psychological education focus on undergraduates and junior college students,while the researches on postgraduates used to be nonexistent in many colleges and universities.In recent years with the social pressure increasing,more and more psychologically healthy problems have come to the postgraduates.Some extreme cases such as suicide,murder and mental disease are reported sometimes.The article intends to study their suicidal psychology and propose countermeasures from the angle of the mood adjustment so as to furnish some reference to postgraduates psychological education.
