电凝聚-空气氧化处理草浆造纸黑液酸析木质素后滤液COD的研究

摘    要:利用在酸性条件下铁阳极溶解产生的Fe^2 的催化及絮凝作用,采用电凝聚-空气氧化法去除草浆造纸黑液酸沉析滤液中的COD,实验结果表明:pH=3,中速搅拌,槽电压U=3v,空气流量Q=181/h和处理时间t=90min时此法对造纸黑液酸沉析滤液中的COD去除率可达83%,另外,还讨论了处理时间,槽电压,空气流量对COD去除率的影响。

Abstract:Using the catalytic and flocculation of Fe~2+ generated in acid by the dissolving of iron positive, this paper adopts Electrolytic Flocculation-Air Oxidation treatment COD of the filtrate of black papermaking liquor after lignin extraction in acid precipitation process. The experiment results indicate: when pH = 3,voltage is 3 v,air flow rate is 18 l/h and treatment time is 90 min, the COD removal rate is about 83%. Meanwhile the effect factors such as treatment time, voltage, air flow rate were discussed.
