| 摘 要： | 深圳都市翠海华苑商住楼位于深圳市创业路，是一栋集商场、住宅为一体的综合性一类高层建筑．简要介绍了建筑生活给水排水系统、水及气体消防系统和热水系统等．并就设计中遇到的给水方式，消防分区，用水量计算，热水水源等问题进行了探讨．

| Abstract: | The business-living building of Jade Sea Huayuan is situated in Chuangye Road in Shenzhen.It consists of a marketplace and a part housing with twenty-two floors.According to this building characteristic,function and request,the main engineering design consists of the water supply,draining water,fire and hot water systems for life.The water supply mode,fire protection vertical division blocks,calculation of water supply,and hot water resources were explored. |
