扩展Hubbard模型局域方法的二阶近似

摘    要:本文把局域方法用于扩展Hubbard模型,在二阶近似下,计算了顺磁相的相关能、局域磁矩及由局域磁矩引起的反铁磁极化。结果表阴,当原子内库仑作用U一定,n=1时,相关能随原子间库仑作用W增加而变大,局域磁矩和反铁磁极化变小,当W和U一定时,局域磁矩和反铁磁极化随n增加而增大。

Abstract:The local approach to 2nd order is introduced into the extended Hubbard model to calculate the correlation energy, local moments and the antiferroma-gnetic polarisation invoked by local moments in paramagnetic phase,The results indicate that the correlation energy increases with W(the Coulumb's interaction between adjoining atoms) if U(Coulumb's interaction inside an atom) is fixed and n (electron density) = l, while the local moments and antiferromagne-tic polarisation decrease with the increasing W. If both W and U are fixed the local moments and antiferromagnetic polarisation increase with n.
