正交试验法探讨咖啡因精制工序最佳工艺

摘    要:以咖啡因试验A项、B项外观和荧光为指标,采用正交试验法对全合成法制咖啡因(加氢还原)的精制过程中水、高锰酸钾和活性碳的配比;pH值;氧化时间及脱色时间进行了优选。结果表明最佳工艺条件是精制水配比为500%、高锰酸钾配比为1.2%、活性碳配比为5%、pH值为3、氧化时间1.5h、脱色时间1.5h。

Abstract:According to the indexes of the item A,the item B,the exterior and the fluorescence of the experiment of the Caffeinum,'during the refining process (the reduction of adding hydrogen) of making Caffeinum by the whole composing method. we make a optimum selection about the proportion of the' water.the potassium perrnanganate and the active carbon, and about the numerical value of the PH, the oxidizing time and the decolorizing time, using the orthogonal experiment method. As the result in refining process A1B1C1D1E1F1 is the condition of the best technology- -the proportion of the water is 500 percent, the proportion of the potassium permanganate is 1. 2 percent, the proportion of the active carbon is 5 percent, the PH is 3, the oxididzing time is 1. 5 h and the decolorizing time is 1. 5 h.
