| 摘 要： | 分析了高职院校就业指导与服务工作的现状与存在问题,从依托现代化信息平台,提高毕业生就业信息服务质量;以职业生涯规划为主线,加强学生就业指导;以创业教育为契机,提升学生自主创业能力;以社会调研和毕业生跟踪调查为抓手,增强就业指导的针对性和实用性四个方面提出解决方法。

| Abstract: | Current status and problems in the career guidance and service were analyzed in the higher vocational colleges.Supported by modern informational platform;graduates＇employment information quality was improved;taking career plan being as a main line,vareer guidance of students was strengthened;taking business education as an opportunity,students＇self-business abilities were promoted;based on the social research and graduates＇follow-up survey,direction and practication of career guidance was improved.With four sides of the above,we could effectively solve the problems in the situation of career guidance. |
