摘    要:为了研究三相泡沫的流体特性,采用实验的方法,考察了剪切速率、发泡倍数、温度、气体介质对三相泡沫粘度的影响,构建了三相泡沫流体的本构方程,测定了三相泡沫流体在注浆管路中的流动阻力及管压降。研究结果表明:三相泡沫属于假塑性的非牛顿流体,其粘度与发泡倍数和温度有关,而与气体介质无关:在一定的条件下,每100m管路中三相泡沫的压力降为0.18MPa。研究结论为三相泡沫在现场的应用提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to study the rheological properties of three-phase foam,experiments were conducted to research the factors influencing its viscidity in relation to shear rate,expansion of foam,temperature and gaseous medium,and a rheological expression of three-phase foam is set up according to these parameters and its flowing resistance and reduction of pressure is measured in the pipeline.The results show that three-phase foam exhibits non-Newtonian behaviour and a characteristic of pseudo-plastic material.Its viscidity is related to foam expansion and temperature and is not influenced by gas medium.Under certain condition,the reduction of pressure in the pipeline of three-phase foam per 100 meters is 0.18MPa.The conclusion provides basis for the application of three-phase foam in coal mine.
