三角晶场中3d^3离子精细光谱结构和局域结构的关系

摘    要:目的研究三角晶场中3d3离子光谱精细结构和晶体局域结构之间的关系。方法利用自旋哈密顿理论,采用对角化能量矩阵的方法。结果计算了YAG:Cr3+晶体的光谱精细结构和键角之间的关系。结论三角晶场中3d3离子基态能级分裂对晶格局域结构变化非常敏感,而其它激发态能级对晶格局域结构不很敏感。

Abstract:Aim The relations between the fine-spectra and local structure of 3d3 ions at trigonal crystal field have been investigated.Methods The spin-Hamiltonian theory and the complete diagonlizatoin method are used in the calculations.Results The relations between fine-spectra and bonding angle of YAG:Cr3 crystal are calculated.Conclusion The local structure of 3d3 ions at trigonal crystal field is sensitive to the splitting of ground state,whereas insensitive to other excited state energy levels.
