摘    要:首先对近几年国内外电力需求影响因素研究情况进行了论述,得出电力需求的影响因素有很多,是由众多影响因素相互影响、共同作用来决定的.通过文献检索、头脑风暴与专家咨询等方法,总结出山东电力需求可持续发展的14种影响因素,从而构建山东电力需求可持续发展影响因素体系.随后,通过改进的ISM方法,对此体系进行聚类分析,将14种影响因素划分为5个聚类.通过聚类中影响因素的相互关系,找出聚类中的核心影响因素.针对各个聚类的核心影响因素,并结合核心影响因素所处的聚类环境,给出核心影响因素的应对策略.

Abstract:The authors discussed the influence factor many influence factors affected the power demand. of power demand home and aboard in recent years, finding that These influence factors interact each other, determining the power demand. The paper summarized 14 species of power demand sustainable development influence factors in Shandong Province, by document retrieval, brains storm and expert consultation method. So the power demand sustainable development influence factors system was established. Subsequently, clustering the system, we divided the 14 species of power demand into 5 clusters,by the improved interpretative structural modeling method. Then we found the key influence factor of each cluster through analyzing the relationship of these influence factors. According to the key influence factor of each cluster, combined with the cluster environment of the key factor, then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
