摘    要:通过采样豫南某农村公路两侧土壤样品,以国标KI—MIBK萃取火焰原子一吸收分光光度法和真空检测管法两种方法做对比分析,并运用单项污染指数法作为污染评价方法,研究土壤中镉、铬、铅和铜等4种重金属的分布状况.研究结果表明,研究区域土壤已存在重金属积累问题.随着采样点与公路距离增大,土壤重金属含量逐渐降低,且土壤中铬、铜含量不存在超标现象,而距公路一定距离内的镉、铅含量存在超标现象,说明目前公路运营对两侧土壤产生一定的负面影响.所选用的两种方法测试结果相对误差≤21.6%,真空检测管法操作简便快捷、数据稳定可靠,完全可以替代传统国标方法用于土壤普查.

Abstract:Some soil samples on both side of a rural road were analysed through the application of single pollution index method and vacuum test tube method. The soil distribution condition of four kinds of heavy metal such as Cadmium, Chromium, Plumbum and Cuprum was studied. The results showed that accumulation problems of heavy metals had existed in soil samples of the area studied. The content of heavy metal in soil is reduced gradually, meanwhile, the contents of Chromium and Cuprum are not overweight with the increase of the distance between sampling points and the road. On the contrary, the contents of Cadmium and Plumbum are overweight within a certain distance from the highway, which proved that a certain negative influence of highway operation produced to soil on both side of road.
