水性预交联聚丙烯酸酯涂料印花粘合剂的合成研究

摘    要:通过预交联技术合成出水性聚丙烯酸酯涂料印花粘合剂.研究了交联单体、功能单体、乳化剂和引发剂对聚合反应的影响.结果表明,交联单体的选择及用量是预交联技术的关键;功能单体对胶乳粒子大小及分布有较大影响;用阴/非离子复配的乳化剂能使聚合体系达到较好的稳定性;引发剂为单体总量的0.6%.

Abstract:Water-borne polyacrylate(PA) printing binder was synthesized through the pre-crosslinking technique.The influences of crosslinked monomer,functional monomer,emulsifier and initiator on the properties of PA emulsion and its film were studied.The results obtained were as follows:the key point of pre-crosslinking technique was the kind and dosage of crosslinked monomer.The particle size and distribution of latex was influenced by functional monomer.The stability of latex was sufficed by compounded systems of anionic and nonionic surfactants.The dosage of initiator is 0.6%.
