新时期高校师德建设的探究

摘    要:教师承担着教书育人,培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人,提高民族素质的重要使命。新时期的教育发展必须"加强师德建设",文中阐述了新时期师德的基本内涵发展;通过分析新时期高校师德建设存在的问题现状,指出解决高校师德失范现象涌现、师德教育效果不理想、师德评价机制不完善、师德建设保障机制乏力问题的关键在于制度和机制创新;着重探讨如何建构师德教育机制、师德评价体系、师德建设保障机制等师德建设的理论;阐释高校师德建设长效机制的实现途径。

Abstract:Teachers undertake an important mission that teaching and training socialist builders and successors, improving the quality of the nation. The development of education in the new era must strengthen the moral construction of college teachers. This paper de- scribes the basic connotation of teachers' moral in the new era. It analyzes the problems of the moral construction of college teachers in the new era, and points out that the key to solve the problems that emerging college teachers' unmoral phenomenon. These problems inelude: education effect is not ideal, evaluation mechanisms are inadequate and protection mechanisms are weak. The phenomenon lies in the system and mechanism innovation. This paper focuses on how to construct a theory of teachers' moral education mechanism, teachers' moral evaluation system, teachers' moral construction safeguard mechanism, and explains the realization of long-term mechanism of college teachers' moral construction.
