摘    要:"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是2010年6月教育部启动的一项面向工科类本科生、硕士研究生和博士生的高等教育重大计划。在该计划实施的背景下高等学校实验室所承担的教学和管理工作面临了重大的机遇和挑战。文中从实验课程设置、实验室的全开放、实验设备的更新及实验教师工程教育能力的培养等方面入手,解析如何开展实验室工作才能应对现今所面临的新机遇和挑战。

Abstract:"The plan for educating and training outstanding engineers" is a higher education major plan which launched in 2010 June by the Ministry of Education for engineering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students. In the background of "the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers", the laboratory of colleges and universities for teaching and management work is facing great opportunities and challenges. This paper, from the aspects of experimental curriculum, laboratory opening, experimental equipment to update and experiment teachers engineering education, analyses how to carry out laboratory work to deal with the facing new opportunities and challenges.
