高校实验技术队伍建设研究

摘    要:心理契约是实验技术队伍与学校组织之间的心理纽带。首先,从高校实验技术人员心理契约的内容出发,分析当前实验技术队伍心理契约破坏的3个方面,包括激励责任期望破坏、发展责任期望破坏和人际责任期望破坏。其次,提出了重塑实验技术队伍的心理契约,促进其心理契约平衡的建议和方法。

Abstract:Psychological contract is a psychological bond between laboratory, technical team and university. From the start of the contents of psychological contract on technical team of laboratory in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes psychological contract breach on technical team of laboratory from three aspects, including the encouraging responsibility expectation breach, the developing responsibility expectation breach, and the interpersonal responsibility expectation breach. At last, this paper brings up some suggestions of remodeling the psychological contract, and several methods of promoting the balance of psychological contract on technical team of laboratory
