高校心理健康教育网络平台实践中的问题与对策

针对高校大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,提出:进一步明确现代高校心理健康教育的对象与目标;整合教育资源,将心理健康教育贯穿到学校各项工作之中;加强管理与培训,建立心理健康教育的长效机制;科学认识朋辈心理互助的优势与不足,提高心理健康教育的工作实效;利用现代技术建立网上心理平台,丰富心理咨询手段等对策。

Problems in Practice of Network-based Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities and Countermeasures

Based on the problems in the mental health education for college students in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to further specify the objects and goals; to integrate educational resource and to run mental health education through all work in the university; to reinforce the management and train to build long-term effectual mechanisms on mental health education; to know the scientific advantage and disadvantages of the method on choosing mental volunteers in friend-and-generations to improve the actual effect on mental health education; and to utilize modern techniques to establish the mental flat on network to enrich the ways of mental consultation.
