井下应急移动排水车起重液压缸建模与稳定性分析

摘    要:针对井下应急移动排水车起重机构的主要部分阀控液压进行稳定性分析,以建立换向阀和液压缸数学模型为基础;进而建立了起重机构起吊水泵工作过程中阀液压缸的数学模型,为二阶振荡系统。利用MATLAB软件对阀液压缸的数学模型进行仿真分析。结果表明系统是稳定的;并且系统的相位裕度约为41.8°,幅值裕度约为12.6 dB。在常规控制指标范围内,系统具有良好的稳定性,该分析结果对于研制井下应急移动排水车提供了理论依据。

Modeling and Stability Analysis of the Lifting Hydraulic Cylinder of the Mine Emergency Mobile Drainage Car

Abstract:Analyzing the stability of the valve and hydraulic of crane structure, the main part of mine emergency mobile drainage car. Based on the mathematical model of the reversing valve and hydraulic cylinder, the model of valve and hydraulic cylinder, in the process of crane structure lifting pump, is established which is a two-order oscillation system. Using the MATLAB software simulate the mathematical model of the valve and hydraulic cylinder. The simulation results show that the system is stable and the phase margin of the system is about 41.8 ° and the amplitude margin is about 12.6dB. In the range of the conventional control index, the system has a good stability. the results of the analysis provide the theoretical basis for the developing of the mine emergency mobile drainage car.
