环境资源约束条件下可持续发展经济增长模型的初步研究

根据经济生产同环境资源有限性之间的关系，经济生产的总体成本(TC)实际上是环境资源总经济价值(TEV)的折旧，即由环境资源总经济成本(TEC)所构成，包括环境资源消耗成本(ConC)与环境资源补偿成本(ComC)。在此基础上，可建立起一个环境资源有限性约束下的可持续发展经济的逻辑斯谛增长方程dL／dt=rL(1-L／max)，并可认为在一定时间内一定技术条件下，可持续发展经济的增长是连续、逐渐和有限的，长期而言，可持续发展经济可持续增长的根本动力在于技术进步。

Primive Study on the Model on the Increase of Sustainable Development Economy within the Limitation of the Environment and Resources

Based on the relationships between the economic production and limitation of the environment and resources,the total cost of economic production actually should be made of the total economic cost of the environment and resources from the depreciation the total economic value of environment and resources,involving the consumprion cost of and the compensation cost of environment and resources.On the basis of this ,set up a Logistic increase equation on sustainable development economy within the limitation of the environment and resources,dL/dt=rL(1-L/L max ),and considers that within certain times and technical condition the increase of sustainable development economy is continual,gradual and limited,for a long times,the basic power of the sustainable increase of sustainable development economy depend on the advance of technology.
