| 摘 要： | 本文通过介绍什么是循环经济、发展循环经济的重要性及青海省发展柴达木循环经济的目标,分析指出,基于地理信息系统的"柴达木循环经济试验区地理信息系统"是信息化建设的需要,也是柴达木循环经济建设的需要,可为"柴达木循环经济试验区建设"提供管理和决策支持,其建设意义重大.

| Abstract: | By introducing what is circulating economy and the signifcance to develop this economy,as well as goals of Qinghai province to start Chaidamu cirrulating economy,the passage analyzes that the geographic information system of Chaidamu circulating economy experimental sreas built with geographic information system is both needed to the construction of information and Chai Damu cirrulating economy experimental sreas built offer support in management and determination,it is a important with built meaning. |
