长江的生态流量问题

根据长江流域自然条件及水资源利用的特点,对长江水系生态流量的定义、确定原则和方法进行了讨论,并以金沙江虎跳峡、雅砻江锦屏、岷江上游和长江口等为例,说明长江生态流量确定的方法和存在的问题.根据研究表明,对于地处湿润地区的长江水系生态流量确定,应从全流域综合考虑,在没有充分论证前,宜从宽设定.

Ecological Flow of the Yangtze River

According to the natural condition and water utilization of the Yangtze River, the definition of ecological flow, calculation principles and methods are discussed in this paper. With several examples, such as Hutiao Gorge in Jinsha River, Jinping in Yalong River, up reach of Min River and the estuary of Yangtze River, the problem of how to determine the ecological flow in Yangtze River Basin is analyzed. Based on our research in clouding area, like Yangtze River, it is shown that the ecological flow should be determined from the entire basin. Before ecological problems are clarified, the ecological flow should be determined with a large margin.
