| Abstract: | In the new period of reform and opening and socialistic construction, ideological and political work still is the lifeline of economic work and other work, the central link for uniting the whole Party and all nations to carry out all tasks, the vital political advantage for the Party and central government. This paper investigates its status and points out its significance for increasing its senses of responsibility and mission in the new period. |
