浅谈自主创新的若干认识误区

文章总结出自主创新的若干认识误区，如自主创新就是追求技术领先、追求高精尖；现在搞自主创新为时尚早；自主创新就是搞原始性创新；自主创新就是完全依靠自己力量创新；自主创新要花很多钱、花很长时间；自主创新就是技术部门和研发人员的工作；专利越多自主创新能力越强，等等。本文认为，澄清这些认识误区对于加深社会各界对自主创新的内涵与外延的理解，从而更好地实施建设创新型国家战略有重要的参考借鉴和指导意义。

Misunderstandings of Indigenous Innovation

Based on the analysis of problems in the practice, as well as literature review, this paper redefines the meaning ofindigenous innovation, and summarizes some misunderstandings of it. Sometimes people think it’s too early for Chinese firms tocarry on indigenous innovation. Often it is mistaken as the pursuing of high-tech, as equal to "technological" innovation, and as largeamount of expenditure, and so on. The author argues that it is very important to clarify these misunderstandings at present, especiallyfor the implementation of the national strategy of making China an innovative country.
