| 摘 要： | 网络侵犯行为是指在网络社会中,在违背他人意愿和不要求双方同时在场的情况下,通过符号互动或其他技术手段,以非身体接触方式伤害他人为目的的一种行为。依据侵犯行为的目的,将网络侵犯行为区分为观点表达型、情绪宣泄型、利益诉求型和网络犯罪型四种类型,并对它们的特征进行了比较分析。这四种不同类型网络侵犯行为在一定条件下存在实现相互转化的可能。

| Abstract: | Aggressive behavior in the cybersociety is a kind of behaviors occurring in the cybersociety.Trying to hurt the others with the way of non-physical contact by the symbolic interaction or the other technical means is its purpose.Its occurrence violates the others’ will and doesn’t require the presence of the two sides at the same time.Based on the purpose of aggressive behavior in the cybersociety,it can be divided into four categories: view-expressive aggressive behavior,emotion-releasing aggressive behavior,benefit-appealing aggressive behavior and internet-crime aggressive behavior.Then their characteristics are also analyzed.Under some conditions,it is possible for these different types of aggressive behavior to transform with each other. |
