推土机工作装置的仿真和优化

摘    要:利用ADAMS建立了某推土机工作装置的动力学模型,并针对常见的四种工况进行了仿真分析,分析结果表明该工作装置能正常工作,但是推土铲左右铰接点的力差很大,故以此力差的最大值最小为目标,对工作装置的结构参数进行优化.结果表明,优化后的工作装置在保证正常工作的前提下,左右铰接点的力差得到了较大的改善.

Abstract:This paper established a dynamic model of bulldozer working device by using the ADAMS, and carried on the simulation analysis in view of the four kinds of common working conditions. The results show that the device can work normally, while the force difference of the bulldozing shovel articulated point is rather large. Therefore we took the force difference as the goal to optimize the structure of working device. The result shows that the force difference of the main points of the optimized working device has improved greatly on the premise of guarantee the normal work.
