| 摘 要： | 从中国软珊瑚Sinularia lochmodes Kolonko分离到一种新的甙类化合物,命名为Lochmodoside,熔点131～132℃,α]_D~(25)-78.6°(c 0.112,EtOH),分子量490,是一种6-脱氧-β-D-六碳吡喃糖鲨肝醇甙,通过波谱数据和化学降解推导出它的结构,并讨论了它的反椅式构象.
