摘    要:分析了套管周围储层渗流场及岩体变形场流固耦合作用机理,根据相关理论建立了考虑渗流场和变形场耦合作用的数学模型以及判断储层岩体、水泥环和套管变形的弹塑性数学模型,并编制了相关程序,应用有限元法对实际油田储层和注水套管进行了计算,确定了导致套管变形的极限注水参考压力和井底压力的变化情况,对今后套损的分析、计算、预防、数值模拟及相关软件的编制起到重要的理论和实际作用。

Abstract:The mathematical model of calculating the transmutation of the oil casing was given by analyzing the mechanism of the solid-liquid interaction in the oil reservoir and by using the elastic-plastic mechanics theories in calculating the oil casing and the cement pipe around it. The injecting water pressure and casing transmutation in a well were also calculated via FEM program. The model is very important theoretically and practically in programming the software and in analyzing,calculating and preventing the oil casing transmutation.
