喷雾干燥过程的热干燥机理研究及其仿真

摘    要:喷雾干燥技术的热干燥机理十分复杂,机理的研究一般采用实验的方法,本文分析喷雾干燥过程的机理,理论推导了逆流喷雾干燥过程一维双向静态数学模型,并用MATLAB对其进行仿真,仿真结果说明,增大空气量比提高空气温度具有更好的技术经济性。

Abstract:The thermo mechanism of spray drying technology is rather complex and generally studied by experiments. By analyzing mechanism of spray drying process,a one-dimension two way coupling mathematical model of counter-current spray drying is derived and simulated in MATLAB Language.The result of simulation shows that increasing air capaicty is much were effective and economical than increasing air temperature purely.
