摘    要:本文介绍用原子吸收分光光度计测定除草剂废水中的铜含量。当应用标准曲线校正法时,由于废水中含有多种杂质,校正溶液与样品溶液的基体存在很大差异,因而在分析中产生明显误差。在这种情况下用标准加入法较好。回收率实验表明:标准曲线法是120%,而标准加入法为103%。因此标准加入法能满足这种分析要求。

Abstract:This paper has discussed the determination of copper content inwastewater of grass killer with the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS).In the standard curve calibration method, the matrix of calibration solution isnot matched with the sample solution due to a variety of impurities in wastewater.It may result in significant errors In this case, the standard addition method isavailable for use, In the test of recovery, the recovery of standard curve method is 120%, andthe standard additional method is 103%. It shows that the latter is a more satisfactorymethod.
