| Abstract: | Trinity is an approach to the basic training in ideo-body quan and it is also one of the major footworks. In the eyes of biornechanics in sports, practice in attacking and defending is analysed in this paper from all sides and shows that trinity has certain stability and practical application in attacking and defending in quan. |
