| 摘 要： | 在本文建立了一个一般区域组合预测的目标规划模型，它适用于几乎所有地区性的预测项目，通过微机运算，求出区域实施项目的不平衡因子，并由此获得整个地区对实施项目的预测结果，本文将该法应用于本地网的电话分布预测，获得较为满意的结果，该法具有精度更高，工作量相对减少等显著特点。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a goal programming model for forecasting general regional combinations is presented. This model can be almost used for all regional forecasts. The forecasting results can be obtained by resolving the unbalanced factor of regional projects with the aid of computers. This method is also applied to forecast of the telephone distribution in local networks and can produce satisfactory results. It is characterized by more accuracy, less computing time, and so on. |
