| 摘 要： | 对某毛纺织股份有限公司的财务状况进行了偿债能力分析和杜邦分析，根据分析结果，提出了“内外销并举”，尽量降低产品成本，成立库存处理小组和应收帐款小组，缩短营业周期等策略。

| Abstract: | The financial conditions of a Wool Tex Stock Co.Ltd.are conducted the analysis for the ability to pay debt and the Du Pont systems analysis. According to the results of analysis, the following countermeasures such as integrating inside sales with foreign sales,reducing the production cost as possible as it can,establishing the inventory handling group and accounting disposal group to shorten management cycle and so on are provided. |
