| 摘 要： | 采用格兰杰因果检验和回归方程等数学研究方法,对兰州市2000—2011年的地价与房价进行研究,以证明二者之间的关系.研究结果表明,在正常的房地产市场,短期内房价决定地价,长期内二者相互影响,同时通过实际案例分析,证明兰州市地价仅占到房价的30%以内.
