职前中学数学教师教学实践能力的培养

摘    要:阐述了职前中学数学教师教学实践能力的内涵,提出了强化微格教学训练,培养职前教师教学沟通交流能力;研习中学数学课标和教材,培养职前教师教学设计能力;开展中学数学解题、说题研究,提高职前教师语言表达能力;重视授课、说课、评课比赛,发展职前教师教学评价能力等职前中学数学教师教学实践能力培养措施.实践表明,这些措施有助于提高职前中学数学教师教学实践能力,为素质教育的实施提供了基本保障.

Abstract:Elaborated the essence of pre-secondary school mathematics teachers teaching practical ability,and put out some cultivation measures of teaching practical ablity of pre-secondary school mathematics teachers,such as strengthing microteaching to train teaching communication capabilities,studing the middle school mathematics curriculum standards and textbooks to develop teaching design capabilities,solving mathematical problem,explaining problem to improve language expression capabilities,emphasising competition activeties on teaching,saying and evaluating lesion and so on to develop teaching assessment ability.These measures help to promote the teaching practical ability of pre-secondary school mathematics teachers,and provide the basic protection for quality education.
