示范高职院校加强师资队伍建设的实践与探索

作为“新时期新阶段高等职业教育的改革工程和质量工程”，示范院校建设改革离不开一支高水平的师资队伍，它是整个建设计划的支撑点和突破点，同时也是难点。温州职业技术学院以示范建设为契机，对师资队伍建设进行系统规划，对在职教师进行全面培养，加大引进行业企业高级人才，组建动态组合的兼职教师队伍，并在人事制度和绩效考核上加以激励引导，建立一支专兼结合的双师结构教学团队。

Practice and Exploration on Strengthening teaching Staff Construction in National Model College

As the quality and reform project of Higher Vocational education in the new stage, the reform and innovation of National Model College cannot go without a teaching staff with high quality. It＇s the supporting and breakthrough point of the whole construction plan as well as where the difficulty of the construction lie. Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College takes the construction of National Model College as the turning point, and works out the teaching staff construction systematically, cultivates in-service teachers comprehensively and intensifies talent introduction from relative industry and corporations to set up a dynamic Combination of part-time teacher ranks and inspire the teaching staff through the personnel system and performance assessment for the purpose of building a team of＂Double-Qualification Teachers＂ full-time or part-time.
