| 摘 要： | 清末时期，中国国民认识到了农村高等教育需求，并通过设立农学堂，建立农业教育制度等措施满足农村高等教育需求，但清末高等教育由于办学目标、师资、教学内容等方面的缺陷而对农村经济和社会发展表现为较弱的适应性，这正是当今我国高等教育发展所应汲取的教训。

| Abstract: | The need for rural higher education was acknowledged in the Late Qing Dynasty.Rural schools and agricultural education system were established to meet the need of the rural higher education.But its school-running objectives,its teaching staff and the teaching contents were not adapted to the rural economy and the social development,form which we should draw a lesson when we want to develop the present higher education. |
