摘    要:针对某SUV车架备胎梁电泳不良问题,对备胎梁进行了结构分析;根据电泳露底问题发生的位置,对备胎梁进行了设计优化,增开8个通气孔;对变更后备胎梁的强度性能进行CAE仿真分析,验证了电泳效果,证明该结构优化方法是合理的。

Abstract:In a SUV frame the spare tire beam electrophoresis bad problems, analysis the structure of spare tire beam. According to the location of the grinning problem occurs, optimized the design of spare tire beam, opened eight vent. Simulation and analysis the strength of the old spare tire beam by CAE, and verified the effect of electrophoresis, proved that the design optimization of the method is reasonable.
