基于陀螺理论的振动压实机械的力学特性和性能

摘    要:运用陀螺理论对振动压实机械的力学特性进行分析,阐明了振动压实机械产生陀螺力矩的原因,认为陀螺效应对振动机械的危害不仅使其部件受损,而且使整机性能下降。给出在工程机械设计、运用中消除和利用陀螺力矩的原则。应用实例表明,它能为振动压实机械的研制提供新的思路和理论依据。

Abstract:There is peg-top effect in vibration road roller. This effect has a big influence on roller dynamic characteristics, it not only damages components, but also reduce roller's working performance. The reason of producing peg-top moment was analyzed, the measures to elimate peg-top moment were presented. An application example proves that this method can improve (roller's) working performance.
