| 摘 要： | 基于地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）技术，建立了胜华炼油厂管网地理信息管理系统。介绍了该系统的特点和基本功能，并对其数据组织方法以及系统中的一些关键技术的具体实现作了较为详细的阐述。该系统充分发挥了计算机的优势，对建筑物以及管网等实行了图形化的电子管理，为炼油厂的安全生产和建设提供了坚实的保障

| Abstract: | A pipeline\|network geographic information system for Shenghua Refinery is developed. The functions and characteristics of the system are introduced. The treating method for information and some key techniques of the system are described. The pipeline\|network and buildings of the refinery are managed electrically and graphically by using this system, which takes full advantage of the computer. The system can guarantee the safety production and construction of the refinery. |
