摘    要:2-酮戊二酸,铁离子和维生素C是氧化戊二酸依赖型加氧酶辅助因子.有的细菌缺少维生素C,因此可能不含维生素C独立体酶,为了确定细菌中是否含有这种酶系,本文首先利用生物学软件ClustalX, PHYLIP, MEME/MAST 和 HMMER在植物和动物体内验证这个酶系的系统发育关系和保守序列,然后利用那些保守序列可以用来检测细菌是否含有这种酶.分析表明细菌中确实含有2-氧化戊二酸依赖型加氧酶酶系.

Abstract:The 2-oxoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase (2ODD) family has a character requiring 2-oxoglutarate, iron ion and ascorbate as essential co-factors. The 2-oxoglutarate and iron-binding sites must be conserved in this super family. Bacteria probably lack ascorbate (Vitamin C);hence, they may not have the ascorbate-dependent forms of enzymes. To identify if it exist in bacteria, software predicting measures identified relationship and conserved sequences of this family in plants and animals were used, and then those conserved sequences can be used to determine if bacteria have this family enzyme.
