中原油田采油污水腐蚀因素灰关联分析

摘    要:根据注水水质分析和腐蚀监测结果 ,应用灰关联分析方法对 2 0 0 1年 2月至 2 0 0 3年 6月中原油田生产系统腐蚀状况进行了分析 ,根据灰关联度的计算结果得知 :影响中原油田处理前采油污水腐蚀性的主要因素为 HCO3 -质量浓度、p H值、SRB(硫酸盐还原菌 )、TGB(腐生菌 )含量和Σ Fe质量浓度 ;影响中原油田处理后采油污水腐蚀性的主要因素为 ,矿化度、Na+、Ca2 +、Mg2 +和 Cl-质量浓度 .通过对中原油田采油污水处理前、后的水性、水质及腐蚀速率的比较可知 ,提高处理前采油污水的p H值 ,控制污水中 SRB及 TGB含量 ,降低污水中Σ Fe质量浓度 ,对于降低腐蚀速率意义重大 ;同时也证实了用灰关联分析方法研究影响中原油田采油污水腐蚀性的因素是可行的

Abstract:The paper attempts to analyze and determine the main factors of resulting in the corrosion of the produced water of Zhongyuan Oilfield and their influencing abilities by means of gray relational theory. The analysis result can be used as the basis of corrosion prevention. According to the calculation results of water quality analyses and corrosion monitoring of 9 waste water stations, the association degrees of various factors to corrosion rate are calculated, and according to the results, it is held that the main factors of influencing the corrosion ability of the produced water of Zhongyuan Oilfield are the mass concentration of HCO 3~-, pH, the contents of SRB, TGB and ∑Fe. After the produced water is treated, the main factors of influencing the corrosion ability of the treated produced become salinity, the mass concentrations of Na~+, Ca~(2+), Mg~(2+) and Cl~- and corrosion rate decreases from 0.8575mm/a to 0.0698mm/a. This shows that the corrosion rate can be greatly reduced by enhancing pH, controlling the contents of SRB and TGB and reducing the concentration of ∑Fe of the produced water, it is also shown that it is feasible to use gray relational analysis for studying the factors of influencing the corrosion of the produced water of Zhongyuan Oilfield.
