摘    要:0 引言人发中的微量元素含量能反应出人体内元素的累积状况及含量水平。因此发中微量元素分析在医学,环境科学,法医学等方面具有极重要的意义。用ICP单道扫描发射光谱仪测定微量元素除具有一般仪器分析的许多优点外,还具有测定线性范围宽,选线灵活,可多种元素同时顺序测定等优点。但测定值的精密度和准确度很大

Abstract:This paper gives a comparision of three ways about human-hair-sample digestion methods in trace elements determination by atom spectra. They are the dry ashing, the direct acid digestion and the teflon vessel acid digestion methods. Cu, Zn and Mn in human-hair were determined by ICP-AES, samples were treated by the above mentioned methods. Results showed that teflon treated sample has the highest precision and recovery, dry ashing second. In consideration of cost, operation and environmental pollution, dry ashing method is to be recommended.
