基于神经网络与有限元法相结合的初始地应力场反演分析

摘    要:目前,对于初始地应力场的测试主要采用现场直接量测法,而采用神经网络与有限元法相结合的反演分析法越来越成为了一种有效途径.结合广东第五抽水蓄能电站工程实例,利用神经网络与有限元分析相结合的方法,以及BP神经网络结构和ADINA三维有限元模型建立岩体参数、边界条件与地应力场的映射关系来反演初始地应力场.模拟计算与实测结果的对比表明:采用该方法进行初始地应力场的反演计算是可行的,计算结果是合理的,对类似工程具有一定参考价值.

Abstract:Currently,the geo-stress measurement is the most straightforward way to provide the initial geo-stress field.Combining with the example of the Fifth Pumped-storage Power Station of Guangdong Province,using the method of neural network combined with finite element analysis,we established the rock mass parameters,boundary conditions and the mapping relation of the stress field by BP neural network structure and ADINA three-dimensional finite element model,to invert the initial geostress field.The simulative and experimental results showed that the calculative method of the initial stress field was feasible,the calculation result was reasonable,and this method was also proper for similar engineerings.
