| Abstract: | High efficient organizational structure is the key factor of an organization growth.Based on broad investigation,this present paper studies deeply both on the growth of one Aptitude Card Company that produces IC cards and its R&D organization history.With analysis of the company different phase of growth,the paper probes into how to organize R&D department properly,It also discusses the change trend of organizational structure and how to design organizational structure in order to promote technical company growth. |
