农村居民点用地演变及驱动力分析——以重庆市九龙坡区为例

以1996-2005年重庆市九龙坡区的社会经济统计数据和土地利用变更调查为依据,对该区的农村居民点用地变化进行定量分析,从而弄清楚该区农村居民点用地的时空演变特点和规律。在此基础上利用spss分析软件和主成分分析法,揭示影响农村居民点用地变化的驱动力机制,并提出合理组织农村居民点用地的对策建议.

An Analysis on the Countryside Residential Land's Change and Driving Mechanism——taking the Jiulongpo District of Chongqing Municipality as an example

This paper takes the Jiulongpo district's social economy statistical data from year 1996 to 2005 of Chongqing Municipality as the basis,uses quota method to the countryside residential land of this area to analyse the change and the region difference,thus knowing the rule of its countryside residential land's e- volution,then uses the spss15.0 analysis software and the principal components analytic method,analyse the driving influence mechanism which affects the countryside land,then gives some suggestions and adjus- ting measures.
