摘    要:采用红细胞微核和核异常测试法研究了漂染废水对泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)红细胞核的遗传毒性.结果表明,3种不同体积分数的漂染废水均能诱发泥鳅红细胞核异常.方差分析,试验组与对照组差异极显著(p〈0.01).研究结果表明.泥鳅红细胞的微核和核异常测定法可作为监测水环境中致突变化合物的一个较为实用的指标.

Abstract:Genetic toxicity of bleached waste on erythrocytes nucleus of Misgurnus anguillicaudantus was studied by using micronuclei and nuclear anomalies tests.The loach was exposed in various concentration samples for 6,12,24,48,72,96 h.Smears of blood samples were prepared.The results show that the bleached waste in three different concentrations could all significantly increase the frequencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies.There is statistically significant difference in comparison with the control group(p<0.01).The result also indicates that the test of nuclear anomalies in erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is a rather useful index for detecting mutagenic compounds in the aquatic environment.
