摘    要:本文论述一种用于心脏动脉造影图象中测量冠状动脉直径的计算机算法,已在VAX-Ⅱ/750机上成功地处理了冠状动脉造影图象,并得到了满意的结果. 处理的主要步骤有:1.在预处理基础上对病灶血管段定位并确定处理程序运行时将需要的参数(即累积判断步长长度m);2.跟踪病灶血管段的主轮廓,抽取该血管段的中心线,最终测得该血管段各处的相对直径.

Abstract:This paper puts forward a series of practical algorithms processing coronary cineangiograms.The main purpose of them is to measure the width of a coronary segment.All the algorithms are in 0 and tested onVAX-11/750.The resulting images and data are satisfied. The processing includes the following parts: 1.Preprocessing the input image to get its binaralized result; 2.Tracing the main contour of the interested vascular segment and determing whether there is a branch; 3.Cutting the branches; 4.Thinning the segment and finding the diameters; The branch cutting algorithm in the paper is entirely new and highly efficient.It does much about intellectualized programms for the purpose of finding the vascular diameter accurately. There is an increasing number of people who suffer from heart diseases recently in China.To take a coronary angiograph is becoming more popular than ever before.The research work is meaningful in the long run.
