| 摘 要： | 从区域可持续发展的视角，探讨了南方丘陵地区土地整理的基本原则，在此基础上分析了南方丘陵地区土地整理过程中四大主要工程（土地平整、道路工程、灌排工程、防护林工程）应采取的一些特殊工程措施，并结合湖北省红安县红华项目区对工程措施效益进行实证分析．

| Abstract: | This text has probed into the basic principle that southern hills and land consolidation are put in order from the visual angle of egional sustainable development, four major projects while have analysed on this foundation southern hills and regional land are put in order (land consoledation , road engineering , is it arrange project , shelter forest project to irritate) some special project measure that should take, combining red China project district of An County of Hubei will carry on real example analysis to the project measure benefit. |
