摘    要:文章阐述了绩效考核管理和绩效考核的含义、绩效考核应遵循的原则,研究了基于企业战略目标建立关键绩效指标考核体系的过程并建立了模型,分析了在企业绩效管理实际工作中容易产生的问题和解决的对策。
