| 摘 要： | 水害是煤矿五大自然灾害之一。在煤矿生产中,水害是仅次于煤矿瓦斯突出的事故,直接危及职工生命和国家财产安全。如何做好矿井防治水工作,有效遏制重特大水害事故的发生,保障了矿工生命安全,是矿井安全生产的一件大事。
